BUMBLEWICK: The Inflatable Armada

The story

In the Victorian-steampunk city of Bumblewick, head guard Barnaby accidentally triggers the launch lever of the annual parade hangar, unleashing a hundred giant, motorized vinyl animal floats into the narrow cobbled streets. As the monstrous neon inflatable beasts bounce off bell towers, crush tea parties, and roll through public parks, Barnaby and his brilliant mechanic partner Pip give chase on steam-powered unicycles. The pompous Mayor Snodgrass attempts to intervene with high-powered sticky-net cannons, but only succeeds in gluing the floats into a giant, rolling mega-monster of vinyl and air. Racing across steep rooftop tiles and through a fragile glass conservatory, Barnaby climbs onto the lead inflatable dinosaur to pull the main deflation valve. In a climactic mid-air tangle atop the city cathedral, Barnaby uses his own brass armor to patch a rupturing seam, redirecting the escaping air to gently drop the combined armada into the harbor, creating a massive floating bouncy castle that saves the city and delights the citizens.
