CHRONOS CAPERS: The Time-Warped Bake-Off

The story

Brenda Bungle, an overly enthusiastic but utterly talentless baker, is competing against the snobby, perfectionist Chef Antoine in the regional 'Golden Spatula' bake-off. During a disastrous attempt at a soufflé, Brenda accidentally knocks a display case onto a mysterious, antique oven brought in for a special exhibition. The oven whirs to life, emitting a blinding flash, and Brenda, Antoine, and their half-baked creations are zapped into the Mesozoic Era. They quickly realize the oven is a time machine that can only be activated by a 'perfect bake' from that specific era. Their journey becomes a frantic, visually absurd chase through history – attempting to bake prehistoric fern cakes for a grumpy T-Rex, perfectly glazed Roman banquet pastries for Emperor Nero, and elaborate powdered wigs made of meringue for a bewildered Marie Antoinette. Each failed attempt causes more temporal chaos, with dinosaurs appearing in ancient Rome and pharaohs chasing after croissants. Brenda and Antoine, initially at odds, must learn to collaborate, using their limited baking skills and Antoine's unexpected historical knowledge to create the ultimate, timeline-correct dessert. Their final, desperate bake-off happens amidst the chaos of a rapidly unraveling timeline, culminating in a triumphant return to the present, just in time for the Golden Spatula judging, albeit with a few unexpected, historically-accurate ingredients in their final dish.
