CHRONOS ECHO: The Shifting Sands

The story

In the vast, desolate expanse of the Chronos Echo, a desert where temporal distortions cause entire landscapes to shift and re-form, Elara, a hardened chronium prospector, seeks enough valuable crystals to save her ailing sister. She navigates treacherous terrain, using an ancient chronometer to predict dangerous time-quakes. Elara discovers a massive, untouched chronium vein deep within a newly formed canyon, but her presence awakens the Chrono-Leviathan, a monstrous creature born of the temporal chaos, which senses and hunts down concentrated chronium energy. The creature, a blur of shifting sands and temporal displacement, corners Elara. She must use her knowledge of the desert's temporal mechanics, not brute force, to outwit and trap the beast, ultimately leading it into a massive time-quake that erases it from existence, allowing her to escape with enough chronium to secure her sister's future.
