HALOCINE: The Gravitational Treasury

The story

In the sky-bound fortress of Halocine, the world’s ultimate energy source—the Stellar Core—is kept inside a zero-gravity vault guarded by Wardens in armored exosuits. Master thief Dax, engineer Lyra, and muscle-bound Jax plan a high-stakes heist during the fortress's annual alignment, when gravity artificial grids cycle offline for ninety seconds. Dax free-falls onto the outer superstructure, neutralizing laser tripwires while Lyra hacks the magnetic locks from a stolen skyship. Jax breaches the reinforced aqueduct, flooding the lower vents to create a thermal smoke screen. Once inside the main vault, the trio works against a ticking timer as gravity begins to fluctuate wildly, throwing guards and thieves into floating hand-to-hand combat. Dax pulls the glowing Core from its containment rig just as Warden Kray locks down the chamber, trapping them inside. Using a makeshift kinetic burst charge, Jax blows open the vault's glass floor, forcing the team into a dramatic atmospheric skydive through laser fire to their escape craft below.
